On this day, I packed a little bit more. At around 13h, we biked to the train station. We made our way to the phone shop in Amsterdam for my friend. After waiting 15 minutes for the service center to open, it took about 10 minutes to get the software updated and we were out of there. We took the tram back to Dam square and went to look in shops once again, to pass time. I got one inexpensive tank top at Zara. Then, we arrange to meet with my friend's older sister again, at 16h. The lady she was working for though did not work in our favour. The lady kept asking her to do more stuff, so she had to arrive later. My friend and I sat outdoors. When she arrived, we went to a little café near her house. There, we had something to drink, I had a 7up. My friend received a nice African game from her sister who had travelled there. I received a “secret necklace for around the waist”, really neat. We also gave his sister a gift from Quebec, some liquor made with berries from the Île D'Orléans. After, we took the tram back to Central Station, the train back to Weesp and the bike back to the house. That evening, I made “borenkool met rookworst” for dinner. It was a little my variation though, as borenkool was not available at the store, I used endive, potatoes and the famous smoked sausage. Later, my friend's mother came to pick up her computer. She was very happy with the result of his hard work! We finished packing and cleaned up the house a little bit.
