On New Years day I woke up around 1pm and we had a late breakfast. Once again, it was really good, lotsa different things. I also tasted boiled eggs for the first time and it was good! After breakfast, I played a game of Monopoly Junior with my friend and my friend's little sister. And once again, I won. I guess I was on my lucky streak at board games!

Before going back, I took a picture in my friend's dad clogs, the wooden shoes Dutchies use. And my friend, my friend's little sister, his stepmom, his dad and I left to go take a walk in the forrest in a little town between Weesp and Hilversum. It was very nice, the ground was a bit iced, snow someplaces (we had a snowball fight!) and some places mud and gross stuff. But it was so silent & peaceful.

I had lotsa fun with my friend and my friend's little sister. We went up a hill and then we were stuck there cuz it was ice to go down and it was scary, but I went down and grabbed my friend with me, and we made it down. My friend: "tell them I used my shoes as a snowboard! I was sliding all the way down at great speed ya know.. almost fell!!" My friend's little sister came after, and no one fell!

That evening, back at my friend's appartment, we watched "The Matrix" on DVD (saw it before but couldn't remember because it was long ago!) and ordered chicken at Atlanta restaurant in Hilversum.
