Departure day! After counting all these dodos we're finally off for the roadtrip to Blanc-Sablon! We pass by my boyfriend's place to pick up last minute forgotten items, go gas and hit the highway! We stopped somewhere in rural Québec for gas and I was the one to pump it! I hadn't done that often… Once that I could remember… And it was really windy outside so it wasn't so easy! But I did it! It was fun…

The next stop was for lunch in Saint-Basile , New Brunswick . We went to the town near the arena and there was some kind of town gathering, a dance show and a tent where they sold local products. The dance show was quite entertaining! A solo performance by some dude, some girls dressed in camo dancing to Michael Jackson and line dancing. Then we continued on the road!

We drove to our final destination for the night, Fredericton . Actually, just outside of the city at a beautiful B&B, Sunset on the River. We had the biggest room and it was very pretty! A great view on the river, big nice bed, spa bath tub, etc. We went out for dinner at the restaurant of a nearby hotel. It was just ok food for me and flies were flying around annoying the hell out of me. So the value for the money definitely was not there!!! Still it filled my belly. Then we spent the evening enjoying ourselves in our pretty room at the B&B.
