The audience was already won over... But I felt there was an invisible curtain between the band and the crowd, not enough contact. Only for the encore was it better with the singer having to stop to tune his guitar and start over again, the band waving, thanking us. The lighting was quite ordinary… With a background of white curtains. I would have liked it to be more creative! They played a nice set: Marching Bands of Manhattan, We Laugh Indoors, The New Year, Title & Registration, Soul Meets Body, Photobooth, Summer Skin, Crooked Teeth, Different Names For The Same Thing, Amputations, A Movie Script Ending, What Sarah Said, Brothers On A Hotel Bed, Expo '86, Company Calls, The Sound Of Settling --Encore-- I Will Follow You Into The Dark (solo), Tiny Vessels & Transatlanticism.
